It’s about time you
felt
energized again.

You’ve been on the grind for years,
working your butt off to get ahead or just to stay afloat.

But recently, you realized something:

You’re exhausted, emotionally drained, and kind of over it.

You want out of your job, or at the very least, a new way of doing things.

You want to feel rested and actually enjoy all the hard work you’ve put in.

You know something in your life or work has to change, but that’s easier said than done because you’re not just busy—you’re burnt out.

Relate to any of this?

Good news:
Burnout happens on a spectrum, and no matter where you are, you can recover and reduce stress long-term.

Recovering your energy isn’t just about doing less—it's about making strategic choices to free up space for what truly matters.

The Coaching Experience

Determine WHERE YOU ARE

Burnout happens on a spectrum. You’ll do a series of assessments to figure out where you’re at and how you got there. Was it personal choices or circumstances beyond your control? Spoiler alert: It’s probably a mix of both.

Tune into Your Body

You’ll learn powerful practices for tuning into your body, allowing you to better recognize its signals for rest and nourishment now and in the future. This deeper connection to self will help you draw boundaries where and when needed.

Decide What to CHange

Burnout occurs when there’s an imbalance between demands and resources. We’ll evaluate your workload, processes, practices, people, and internalized narratives you may need to ditch or revise.

SHOOT YOUR SHOT

We'll put together a plan to make changes step-by-step in a way that's easy to sustain. You'll take charge of making it happen, and I'll be here to cheerlead and keep you on track.

FAQ

  • The cost for 10 sessions, spanning five months, of private coaching is $5,000. I offer a sliding scale and interest-free payment plans. Visit the coaching application for further details.

  • While coaching and therapy have some overlap, they also have significant differences. Understanding these differences can help determine which one is best for you.

    • Therapy: Focuses on the present, includes a diagnostic evaluation, based on a medical model, paid for by the individual or insurance company, and requires provider licensing.

    • Coaching: Focuses on the future, fosters individual performance, based on evidence-based coaching models and theories, paid for by the individual and/or employer, and practitioners are usually certified, though it’s not required because the coaching industry isn’t regulated.

Here are a few more things to keep in mind about coaching:

    • Coaches emphasize taking action. This means that as the client, you are responsible for making progress, while the coach's role is to guide and support you, providing accountability in following through on your commitments.

    • Coaches don’t tell you what to do. A coach’s job is to collaborate with you to come up with the best solutions to your challenges. In other words, coaches help you help yourself.

    • Coaches are not licensed medical practitioners. Coaching can be therapeutic, but sometimes, things come up that require a different level of professional care. Some clients do coaching and therapy at the same time, as these practices can be complementary.

  • Shortens your journey. Working with a coach allows you to make progress more effectively than relying on trial and error alone.

Focuses on you and you alone. In this busy world, it’s hard to get anyone’s attention. Working with a coach ensures someone is focused on you and your unique needs.

Lightens your burden. The number one emotion associated with burnout is overwhelm. You already have too much on your plate, and making decisions alone drains your energy. I’ll teach you how to redirect your focus to what you can control.

Keeps you on track. We meet regularly to develop and implement an action plan to achieve your goals. Knowing you’ve got skin in the game and a session on the calendar is motivation to show up for yourself.

  • While it’s true that burnout often stems from systemic issues beyond your control, one-on-one coaching can help you navigate those challenges more effectively, offering support and direction. Coaching provides a safer space to explore how systemic factors, workplace dynamics, and personal habits contribute to your stress.

    Together, we can:

    • Clarify your needs and boundaries: Identify what you need to thrive and learn how to advocate for yourself in ways that align with your values.

    • Build resilience: Develop strategies to manage stress and restore your energy, even in challenging environments.

    • Address personal patterns: Examine behaviors or mindsets—like perfectionism or over-committing—that may unknowingly amplify burnout.

    • Explore your options: Whether you decide to stay, negotiate for changes, or pursue a new opportunity, coaching helps you make empowered choices with clarity and confidence.

  • Sessions are held through Zoom, eliminating the need to travel to me or reside in the same state. You can expect a combination of reflection and action planning so that the insights you gain from our dialogue lead to real changes in your daily life. I draw from different modalities, combining motivational conversation with mindfulness practices and body awareness techniques.

  • I completed my training in holistic health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a program that equips graduates with the tools to improve their well-being and help others do the same.

Since then, I’ve earned additional certifications in Gut Health, Stress Management, Mental Health First Aid, and Reiki Level 2. I’m currently pursuing another certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and a second master’s degree in journalism with a focus on public health.
