Whether you need daily stress management strategies or long-term support to recover from burnout, I’ve got your back.
With over twenty years of nonprofit experience and five years of coaching under my belt, I combine my professional knowledge and lived experience of burnout to help women thrive personally and professionally.
I’ve earned certifications in integrative health coaching, stress management, gut health, Mental Health First Aid, and Level 2 Reiki to offer you a blend of career and wellness support.
